The date will not be held until you confirm the date with a $100.00 check or cash deposit. Deposits are based on the event and will be applied in full to your event. In the case of cancellation, your deposit will refunded if the event is canceled 5 weeks in advance. If the date is canceled after 5 weeks, then the deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook the room.
All food and beverage charges are subject to 20% gratuity and 6.75% sales tax.
All functions are charged based on the guaranteed count, which must be given 3 days prior to the event.
If you supply a dessert, then a $2.00 per person service fee will be charged.
Our liquor license prohibits individuals from bringing in their own alcoholic beverages.
We are happy to extend a limited menu for groups of 25 or less. Parties over 25 need to have a set menu or a pre-ordered limited menu identifying who gets what using place cards.
The Crooked River Room is on the main floor of the restaurant and can seat up to 60 people. The room is perfect for groups of 16 to 40 when a program is involved. It is accessible through the main dinning room or its own entrance. It has a PA, music system and balcony that look's out at the falls and river.
If rental equipment is required for your event, we will add those charges to your bill.
